- Wrong item delivered

- Item arrived damaged or spoiled

- Order not delivered within stated timeline

Not eligible for refund:

- Perishable items (food, chocolates) once delivered

- Personalised/customised gift items

- Change of mind after dispatch

Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We offer a replacement on eligible items at no extra cost.
