Return and Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund

  1. Wrong item delivered — If you receive a different product than ordered

  2. Damaged or spoiled items — If the gift arrives damaged during transit

  3. Undelivered orders — If the order is not delivered within the stated timeline despite our efforts

NOT Eligible for Refund

  1. Perishable items — Once delivered, food items, chocolates, and honey cannot be returned

  2. Personalised/customised items — Lokta paper notes and custom messages cannot be returned

  3. Change of mind — Orders cancelled after dispatch cannot be refunded (you can request to donate or delay delivery)

How to Claim a Refund

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Send photos of the damaged/wrong item via WhatsApp: 9705453464

  3. Include your order number and a brief description

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method

  • For international card payments, additional processing time may apply

Exchanges

  • We offer a free replacement on eligible items at no extra cost

  • We cover the shipping for the replacement
